Our Organization:

  • We are one of 10 regions in Nova Scotia who have formed a collaborative community partnership as a direct  initiative of the Government of Canada.

  • East Novability focus is to assist persons with disabilities enter or re-enter the workforce.

  • Our Society is committed to work in partnership with all levels of government and service providers in the Inverness, Richmond County, Antigonish and Guysborough areas to ensure persons with disabilities achieve their career goals.

Goals:

The East Novability Society for Persons with Disabilities, in pursuit of our mission will:

  • Assist adult persons with disabilities pursue career goals

  • Provide information to persons with disabilities with regard to training, employment opportunities and funding programs                                     

  • Provide information and education to employers

  • Network and partner with all service providers in the counties of Inverness, Richmond, Guysborough and Antigonish
