Donna MacDonald
is
the Employment Maintenance Counsellor for Inverness,
Richmond,
Antigonish and
Guysborough
Counties.
She will assist clients in
understanding, learning, and successfully completing
their assigned work tasks and to gain independence in
their positions.
Donna will also act as a
liaison between the employer and client and as an
advocate for the client as needed.
Donna completed a diploma in Human Services in 1996 and
has fourteen years experience working with Children’s
Aid, assisting families in the quad counties.
She also graduated from
Cape Breton University
in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies.
Donna is enthusiastic to join the East Novability staff and will work with the team to
enhance the valuable services they provide. |
